Our primary office is located in South Houston, TX, but we have warehouses across the US to ensure fast shipping through the country!

Q: When will my order arrive?

Depending on your location, and whether it is a business or personal address, ground shipping times range from 1-5 days for in stock items.

Q: What will happen if an item I ordered is on back-order?

Our staff does everything we can to keep all products in stock and ready to ship. Sometimes, supplies are limited and a back order is necessary. In this event, the items on your order that are in stock will ship immediately while we actively work on getting your back-ordered product back in stock.
